Returns & Exchanges Policy

At SIG SAUER, we stand behind the quality of our products and offer a 30-day return window for items purchased directly from our webstore. All returned merchandise must be in its original packaging, unused, and include all documentation to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account or use our guest portal to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Prepare Your Package

  Securely pack the items in their original container and clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the box.

• 3.
  Ship the Item

  Affix the provided shipping label and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects the item for compliance, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
