How do I purchase a firearm from your online store?
Federal law requires all firearms to be shipped to a holder of a Federal Firearms License (FFL). During checkout, you must select or provide the details of a local FFL dealer who will facilitate the background check and final transfer.
What is the warranty policy for SIG SAUER products?
We offer a limited lifetime warranty on our firearms and a five-year warranty on electronic components. This covers defects in materials and workmanship, ensuring your equipment performs to our rigorous standards.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship to addresses within the United States and its territories. Due to International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR), we cannot export firearms, ammunition, or certain tactical accessories directly to international consumers.
Can I return an item if I am not satisfied?
Unopened accessories and apparel can be returned within 30 days of purchase. However, due to safety and legal regulations, all sales of firearms and ammunition are final and cannot be returned.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing a tracking number. You can use this number on the carrier's website to monitor your shipment's progress in real-time.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards, including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. For security reasons, the billing address must match the address on file with your credit card issuing bank.
